How to lose flabby arms and love handles in one night?

im willing to do whatever it takes. i know you cant spot reduce or lose weight over night but im willing to exercise as much as possible.


all i ate today was a cheese/mayo/lettuce sandwich with chips





thats all im eating. what type of exercises should i do and for how long? please help no smartass comments|||Well for starters...nothing happens overnight. I wish it did! lol Do some light lifting to get the Jennifer Ainiston arms! What I have noticed with my friends and me is the elliptical has shaved off my love handles!! My friend does the elliptical for 40 minutes every single day and that is all she does. That's how she stays in shape.|||First, you need to change you diet from eating nothing, to eating 5-7 smaller meals each day. You need to limit your Carbohydrate intake(which it appears is all your eating), and eat meals high in protein and low in carbs. If you do eat carbs, eat brown rice, oatmeal, VEGGIES, fruit, barley, etc. Anything with real whole grains, not that imitation crap like 'Whole Grain White Bread' or bread at all really for that matter. Your chips are no good either. The things you listed abbove are bad carbs and fatty, save for the lettuce. Anything white and starchy is no good. BTW, im just outlining a very very broad spectrum plan here, getting technical would take too long. Sugar is out, so stay away from it. ESPECIALLY SODA! Very bad! So, eat 5-7 high protein, low carb(good carbs), low fat meals, and then do 35-45 min if cardio 4-5 days a week. Use the interval setting on the machine as this will burn the most calories. Eliptical is your best choice. I like doing cardio in the morning. Just eat a few egg whites before you hit the gym in the morning, no carbs!!! This will help ensure higher fat loss. Give it a month and you will be amazed at what small changes in your diet and a little exercise can do for your body. Good Luck.
