A LOT better. Why? Because you take your time and explore your partner's needs and desires as much as your own. The sex lasts a LOT longer and is much more shared than a one nighter. Much more intimate.
Now it might get a little boring after several years but use some imagination and there is a lot of wild stuff you can do to make it spicy.
